Law Society Accredited Children Panel Solicitors

Kings Solicitors have accredited solicitors, who are members of the Law Society’s Children panel. This is a recognised quality standard for representing parents and children in children law proceedings or care proceedings. The accreditation covers all types of children law work and is recognised by the Legal Aid Agency.

Kings Solicitors have dedicated solicitors who deal with social services involvement with families and removal of children into interim foster care.

The Law society Children Panel accreditation confirms independently that solicitors holding the accreditation are recognised as having a high level of skill, experience, knowledge, and practice to represent parents and children in this specialised area of law known as care proceedings.
